Refund policy

Crystals are natural stones and may have scuffs, scratches or tiny imperfections. These are not returnable or refundable for those reasons. If your piece arrives BROKEN, please send us a photo of the broken item (we will not ask for broken items to be returned) and we will either replace it with a like item of equal value or offer you a refund for the item price. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
